The measures and rules below are valid as of May 31, 2021 and are a combination of the requirements of the international organization ITF and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

It is possible that the measures will be adjusted by the date of the tournament and we will try to inform you in time. Please follow this page.

The information for the players/team members:

        1. Every player and the player support team members must complete the arrival form at the website prijezdovyformular.cz BEFORE entering the country. (https://plf.uzis.cz/)
          1. Must be able to present the confirmation of filling this form upon request.
          2. Wear a respirator FFP2 or equivalent when leaving home or hotel for 14 days after arrival.
        2. When entering the country:
      1. Players/PST arriving from green zones can enter without restrictions.
      2. Players/PST arriving from medium risk (orange zone) countries MUST undergo an antigen or PCR test, administered no more than 24 hours (antigen) or 72 hours (PCR) before the beginning of the trip and have a written confirmation of the result.
      3. Players/PST arriving from high risk (red zone) countries MUST undergo an antigen or PCR test, administered no more than 24 hours (antigen) or 72 hours (PCR) before the beginning of the trip and have a written confirmation of the result. Subsequently, they must undergo a second PCR test (antigen is not sufficient) administered in the Czech Republic, no later than 5 days after arrival at their own expenses.
      4. Players/PST arriving from very high risk (dark red zone) countries MUST undergo a PCR test (antigen is not sufficient), administered no more than 72 hours before the beginning of the trip and have a written confirmation of the result. Subsequently, they must submit a second PCR test (antigen is not sufficient) administered in the Czech Republic, which can be administered no later than 5 days after arrival at their own expenses.
    1. PLAYERS AND PLAYER SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WERE IN RED OR DARK RED ZONE LONGER THAN 12 HOURS IN THE LAST 14 DAYS DO NOT NEED TO QUARANTINE AFTER ARRIVAL -> to be exempted from the quarantine all players and their player support team members MUST RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION FROM THE CZECH TENNIS ASSOCIATION. Please contact kramperova@cztenis.cz for this letter no later than Wednesday 9th June 2021.
      Incoming from the green and orange zones do not need an exception.
    2. ALL Non-European passport holders need a waiver to enter the Czech Republic (even if travelling from within the European Space). Players/PST members must send the following information to kramperova@cztenis.cz no later than Monday 7th June, 2021:  Name and last name, Date of birth (dd-mm-yyyy), Passport number, Nationality, Email address, Phone number, Arrival in the Czech Republic – date, a departure from Czech Republic and Arrival in the Czech Republic – from which country and if visa will be required.
      Also, players must follow these links for the Covid-19 Traveller map to determine the status of each nation.     3. TOURNAMENT RESTRICTIONS – Everyone must show before entering the site either:
      1. negative PCR test that was taken no longer than 7 days before the tournament starts or
      2. negative antigen test that was taken no longer than 3 days before the tournament starts or
      3. confirmation of being Covid positive in the last 180 days (person must have completed the quarantine) or
      4. the person has been vaccinated against the covid-19 disease and provides proof of the vaccination by a national certificate of vaccination, which is a written certificate issued at least in English by an authorized body operating in the Czech Republic, in another Member State of the European Union or in a country listed in the Communication of the Ministry of Health as a country or part thereof with a low risk of contracting the covid-19 disease, the model of which is published in the list of recognized national certificates on the website of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, which contains information on the person vaccinated, the type of vaccine administered, the date of administration of the vaccine, identification of the entity that issued the certificate, that the vaccination has expired:
        1. fully vaccinated people who completed the vaccination process,
        2. people, who were vaccinated with the first dose of vaccine which was administrated at least 22 days before entering the site in the case of a two-dose schedule, or
        3. people who were vaccinated with a single-dose vaccine at least 14 days before entering the site.
    4. There will be a possibility of taking tests on-site, which will cost around €40, depending on the current rate. The price is fixed at 1000 Czech crowns. The results will be available in 8-10 hours.
